Our catering is unique to Lubbock. We are the only full line catering company and hold the oldest third party catering permit on the South Plains. We bring our chefs and bar staff to you. YOU set the menu, YOU set the style, YOU set your preferred beverages. We can provide you with any menu you like. YOU get the choice, no reading off a menu or "we don't do that attitude". We provide what you want when you want it. We have been catering to Lubbock patrons for over 20 years and our service is unmatched. Let us help you make your event easy and in your budget. Hire our Chefs

Our Chefs are available for hire for any event. They can make appearances for your dinner or come to your home or business. They are available for private dinners prepared in your home or cooking lessons. Always wanted to know how to make a beef wellington? Let our classically trained chefs give you and your guests the personal know how for a great night to remember. All our chefs require a 3 hour minimum and a one on one meeting prior to your evening is requested. Get to know our crew and let them show their flair. Host a girls night to remember. A church group wanting kitchen basics? Our crew can show any group what to do in the kitchen for food handler safety and training. All of our chefs are State of Texas Food Manager Certified and well as TABC and MAP certified. Credentials will be provided if requested.
